Returns & Exchanges: No Sweat!
We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe the size isn’t quite right, or the color looks different in person. No worries, we want you to be stoked with your My Shirt Spot gear.
Here’s the lowdown on our return policy:
- You’ve got 30 days: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
- Keep it fresh: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Easy peasy: Just contact our customer service team at support@myshirtspot.com to start the return process. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Refunds on the way: Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any return shipping costs).
- Exchanges are cool too: If you want to exchange for a different size or color, just let us know and we’ll hook you up.
A Few Exceptions
- Final sale items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Damaged goods: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us ASAP and we’ll make it right.
International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
